In progressive high-profile leadership roles with one of the world's leading digital media technology companies, I am the go-to-expert with industry leaders, customers, partners, and distributors such as Google, Amazon, Apple, Bloomberg, Comcast, Disney, Time-Warner, Netflix, and Turner Broadcasting. 

With P&L responsibility, I oversee management and motivation of high value talent: 25+ reports in sales and sales operations.
As employee #4 of LSB, a digital media technology company, helped grow the company to $10,000,000 in revenues and enable a M&A with Lawo AG as well as ensured a successful post acquisition integration.

I am fluent in the global market dynamics of international B2B sales and operations including launching capturing new business in the Americas, and expanding brand awareness to gain a sustainable, competitive advantage.

Part of the 3 person founding team, grew the North American subsidiary and market to multimillions <6 years. I am known for bringing meaningful change to customers resulting in successful client relationships, winning proposals, and top/bottom-line business growth.

I am skilled at engaging/managing stakeholders across complex cross-functional global organizations to enable the alignment of partners, distributors, and system integrators such as Solotech (Cirque du Soleil exclusive vendor), Bexel, Diversified, and Applied Electronics. 

I have directed sales, technical product management and product implementation as part of a broad and deep foundation of experience that is informed by dual MBAs from University of Toronto and University of St. Gallen, Switzerland and a BSC in Software Engineering, Germany.
